Curb Appeal Begin with the exterior of your house, or your curb appeal. Examine the outside of your home from a quick glance from the street. What jumps out at you? What awesome features seem waiting to be noticed?
Acknowledging this assists us in determining what measures we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your house. If your house isn't attractive on the outside with touched up paint and bright garden plants we'll need to tackle those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your home's final selling price.

"Welcome to your new home!"
Can buyers picture themselves enjoying game night in your living space, relaxing in your master bedroom or hosting a dinner in your dining room? We want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of comfort. We'll help you do this by recommending small improvements that highlight the features of your house.
We'll advise you reduce the effect of anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be cleared off. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' artwork should get moved out of sight. We can help you simplify the decor of house. Ugly or dirty spaces make your home look smaller and buyers have a more difficult time picturing themselves living there.
We know instantly what a room's best characteristics are and how to show them off. We'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that could use brightening, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively affect the sale.
Buyers like to see a residence that charms them. Everything that could be unsightly should go into storage in order for your home to have likability at every showing.

Setting the Stage
At your Open House, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses.
Dark rooms can really dampen a buyer's spirits, so we'll do things like part the curtains and reduce shadows where needed to show off your home. Together we'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests enjoy your home and assure a pleasing fragrance flows throughout your house. We'll incorporate cozy-looking throws, and pillows on your chairs and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your house is their future home. |
